What is a Serious Injury?

There are multiple definitions as to what constitutes a serious injury. At Express we understand how devastating serious injuries can be, that is why we are here to help you on your road to recovery. Our solicitors work closely with a number of medical experts to ensure that not only you receive the maximum amount of compensation possible for your injuries, but more importantly that you get your life back to normal again.

Coronoavirus Update

Like the rest of the Country, Express Solicitors are working to adapt to the problems caused by the Coronavirus outbreak.

We are currently implementing a number of initiatives to provide continuity of service for all our clients over the coming weeks. Please do continue to contact us on the usual telephone numbers and email, we will do everything we can to make sure that no clients’ cases are delayed significantly.

Depending on how the situation develops, however, we are aware that there may be some delay in getting back to clients. Like all law firms we already have in place systems to identify urgent matters, court hearing dates and critical issues on files and so important matters will always be attended to as quickly as possible. For less urgent enquiries we will of course continue to act on and respond to these matters but are aware that this may be at a slightly slower rate than our usual standards.

In addition, we may also need to rearrange some face to face meetings to be by telephone for example and we anticipate that the courts will rearrange certain court hearings to be by telephone. Please do call us if you have any specific queries on this.

Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time for everyone. Wishing you and your families well.
